4. Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 business days.
  • Standard delivery takes
    • US Orders: Delivered in 10 – 12 business days (from our main fulfillment center)
    • UK Orders: Delivered in 10 – 12 business days (from our UK warehouse) 
     Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control (customs, weather, courier issues).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
